Great vibrations, except the heat part doesnt work, maybe mine is just defected. if it wasnt so cheap and would cost me to ship it back nearly what i paid for it i would probably return it because it doesnt fit the shape of my neck what so ever, but i have a small frame, so maybe some one bigger with a larger neck it woudl fit more properly.

The only thing nice about this heating pad is that it has velco straps to wrap it around your body and stay in place and what tiny part of the pad that vibrates.. the minature vibrations. I would not recomment this item & in fact returned mine.
it does not have different heat settings and on a setting it would be considered low, the vibrator part of it, are two small quarter shaped vibrators, that vibrates about equally to a cell phone's vibrations. they are located on each end of the pad and only
