The only thing nice about this heating pad is that it has velco straps to wrap it around your body and stay in place and what tiny part of the pad that vibrates.. the minature vibrations. I would not recomment this item & in fact returned mine.
it does not have different heat settings and on a setting it would be considered low, the vibrator part of it, are two small quarter shaped vibrators, that vibrates about equally to a cell phone’s vibrations. they are located on each end of the pad and only vibrate those two small areas. Dont waste your time and save your money, spend it towards a product that will actually give you the pleasure and relief you need!
